The Raimondi LS250WEDGE is a 250-piece pack of reusable tile leveling wedges. It forms the core reusable part of the Raimondi Leveling System (RLS), which is engineered to eliminate tile height variances—commonly known as "tile lippage"—during floor and wall installations. Key Functional Features
- Lippage Prevention: The interlocking wedges work seamlessly with compatible Raimondi leveling clips to “eliminate or reduce grinding to remove lippage” by forcing the tiles into a perfectly flat, uniform plane while the thinset cures.
- Enhanced Adhesion: Rather than lifting low tiles, the system actively presses high spots downward into the mortar bed. This actions improves overall tile-to-thinset coverage and adhesion.
- High Reusability: Made from a heavy-duty, rigid hard plastic compound. The wedges feature tight increment notches that securely lock into place but slide out undamaged during cleanup to be used across countless future jobs.
- Ergonomic Design: Features an integrated plier protection lip on the back, which guards the wedge surface against wear when using mechanical floor or wall installation pliers.
