Return Policy

• Returns Timeline: You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Standard Returns: If you are returning an item for any reason, you are responsible for shipping it back to our warehouse. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot issue refunds for products that arrive damaged.
• Return Pre-Approval: All returns must be approved before shipping. Please email us at Sales@aplusflooringsolutions.com or call us at 1.580-771.4290 to secure your authorization.
• Timeline Constraints: Authorized returns must arrive at our Returns Processing Center within 10 days of your approval date. Please note that we cannot accept any returns or issue authorizations for orders older than 14 days.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping fees, special delivery or signature fees, and shipping insurance—are strictly non-refundable.
• Inspection & Return Conditions: Every returned item undergoes a thorough inspection upon arrival. We cannot issue a refund for:
• Refund Processing & Conditions: Refunds are issued only after items are received, inspected, and verified to be in brand-new, resaleable condition. Items that arrive damaged, opened, or outside the allowable return window will be sent back to you at your expense, should you wish to keep them.
• 14-Day Defect Window: For equipment or products that show defects within 14 days of your invoice date, we act as a liaison to facilitate an exchange or repair under the manufacturer’s warranty rules.
• Shipped Cancellations: Once an order leaves our facility, it cannot be canceled. Any cancellation requests made post-shipment will follow our standard return process.
• Special items ordered cannot be returned.

• Products are not in their intact, original packaging, or items with broken factory seals.
• Products or packaging that have been damaged.
• Items missing original warranty cards, instruction manuals, accessories, or components.
• Special orders or items purchased at a promotional discount.
