• A Plus Floring Solutions offers ground shipping on orders to most locations in the contiguous United States.
• Expect delivery within 3–7 business days for standard shipping to the continental US. Express shipping, shipping insurance, and signature delivery are all available for an additional cost.
• We make every effort to ship same day for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Our team works diligently to alert you to any stock or shipping delays. Please note that if an issue arises right before our daily cutoff time, our notification may be sent the next business day.
• Products on your order may originate from multiple warehouses and may not be delivered together or on the same day.
• Our standard ground carriers include but are not limited to FedEx Ground, USPS, UPS or LTL. We reserve the right to select the carrier used for all ground shipments.
• Heavier items—such as flooring, stair treads, and industrial machinery—require special handling. Shipping for these products is calculated by weight and size and will be added to your order at checkout.

• Express Shipping: We offer expedited shipping options on most items for an additional fee. Please note that express delivery is subject to item eligibility and destination restrictions.

• Delivery Estimates: Estimated arrival dates shown at checkout are based on product availability and are not guaranteed.
• Order Tracking: To confirm your order has shipped, check the My Account section of our website. Once your order leaves our warehouse, use the tracking number provided to view the most accurate delivery date.
• Delivery Guarantees: While major carriers maintain on-time delivery rate, delivery schedules are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our facility.
• Ground Shipping: We do not offer shipping credits or product discounts for delayed ground shipments. Express shipments delayed by the carrier for non-weather-related reasons may be eligible for a shipping fee credit.
• Promotions & Availability: All special offers and promotions are valid only while supplies last. We reserve the right to limit quantities on any promotional items.

• Local Jobsite Delivery: Keep your project moving without leaving the jobsite. We deliver to your local job site, bringing materials directly to your site exactly when you need them—either ahead of time or mid-project. Our professional drivers handle everything in-house, delivering materials directly to the first floor and placing them exactly where you or your client want them.
